Accessibility

According the American Library Association, accessibility is the extent to which an information resource is retrievable and understandable by all users, especially those with special needs and disabilities.  The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.0 were created to make web content more accessible.

Check out the WCAG 2.0 recommendations here.
