I am currently starting my first year at Mauriceville Elementary teaching 4^th grade Reading, Writing, and Social Studies this year!

I started teaching in December of 2012. I taught 2^nd grade for 1 year, and 1^st grade for 3 years at Newton Elementary. I then taught 8^th grade Technology for 3 years at Lumberton Middle School.

I have been married to Brett Hillin since 2011, we have two children. We have Kenadi who is 5 and Cannon who is 1. Kenadi is attending Kindergarten at MVE this school year!

In my free time I enjoy crafting, mostly making my own shirts, decals, paper cards, and things like that. I rarely watch TV and almost never watch movies. We are usually pretty busy and by the time I get finished for the day after cheer practice, football games (my husband is a coach), t-ball, dance, and everything else we do, it’s usually time for dinner, bath, and bed!
